Nu generation leaders embrace visionary leadership, transformational leadership, and servant leadership.

Transformational leadership are about transforming peoples lives from a static relationship with God to a dynamic relationship. In John 10:10 Jesus ways, I have come that you might have life and that more abundantly.” The Message translation is even more descriptive. “I came so they can have real and eternal life, more and better life than they ever dreamed of.”

This is not a reference to financial prosperity but to life full of purpose and meaning. As the Good Shepard, Jesus wants us to experience life under His protection, nurture and care. He is watching over us on God’s behalf.

When we encounter God through experience, scripture, tradition and revelation our relationship is dynamic as we learn more about God’s expectations for our life we also change our behaviors, worldview and interactions with others. Transformation also is about transforming the church from a social institution into a vibrant community of disciples who embrace deep Christian Spirituality.
Servant leadership is the model of Jesus Christ. When we study how Jesus was transformative, visionary and a servant leader we realize that the central three keys are

  • Focus – Jesus had one mission with many expressions
  • Compassion/ Agape Love
  • Loving Correction and Restoration
