I have been asked what will be our secret formula for success. I really do not have a secret formula and I am not selling anything. Our goals are simple

  • Develop healthy eating habits
  • Reduce our calorie intake
  • Increase our exercise and activity
  • Support each other throughout the journey

We can do some things for 30 days that are difficult to do for a lifetime. We also know that it takes 21 days to develop a new discipline. We are going to identify the challenges and develop new disciplines to overcome the strategies. Everyone in the group is encouraged to participate in the conversation.
